  Here I am with my great friend and training partner, Tim Kenny, getting ready to
  try out the water at Ironman Canada.


 
  Going into the local bike shop at Ironman Canada. Amazingly enough, my bike   was stuck in customs! So I rode someone else's bike who overheard me telling
  the guy at the Bike Barn. All for free! It was a white bike and the guy's name was   Lance! It was destiny! I had a great race!
